General Specifications Of The Products You Are Using

Raw materials of all products manufactured by İnter Çelik are (18 / 10 Cr-Ni ) Grade 304 Stainless Steel.

Brightness on the surface of products is the original color of Chromium (Cr) and Nickel (Ni) inside the products, not any coating material. It is obtained by releasing Chromium and Nickel through polishing methods.

The products, which we manufacture with Stainless Steel’s feature of not keeping bacteria on, are suitable for human health, robust, long-lasting and easy clean.

Stainless Steel is acid sensitive as well as many metals. Everything acidic spoils its chemical and physical structure. It causes color change on the products firstly and rusting after a little while.

Due to the fact that all items produced from stainless steel are hard, they are scratched, therefore rubbing with wire or hitting with each other causes scratches. Scratching spoils brightness, which is the skin of steel, and it leads to shorten the useful life.

You should pay attention to usage instructions importantly in terms of longevity of your product. Otherwise, errors arising from usage will be excluded from the scope of warranty.

Out of Warranty Conditions

• Products, which fade out, change color, are deformed and damaged as a result of usage error.

• Damages which may arise from external factors (impact, hitting, dropping etc.).

• Damages and failures incurred during the transportation after delivery of product to the consumer.

General Information

  1. Wash all parts of products in a hot water with plenty of soap by hand thoroughly before using Stainless Steel products, rinse and dry with a soft cloth immediately. Never wash it in an aluminum pot, use a plastic or stainless steel pot.
  2. Use a suitable detergent which does not scratch during hand washing or washing in the dishwasher. Pay attention to use soft side of scouring sponge.
  3. In order to avoid occurrence of stains, which may be caused by lime and minerals in the water, on the products, dry them with a soft cloth after each wash absolutely. After washing, drying the steel products is important for long-term and healthy usage.
  4. Do not use metal wire or brush during the cleaning process. In the event that such brushes and wires are used, this will lead to scratches on the steel. Clean through hot soapy water and a soft cloth for hardened leftovers.
  5. Avoid using chemicals containing chlorine especially such as hydrochloric acid or bleacher for cleaning.
  6. Hand washing is recommended for gold-plated and satin products, but you can also wash them in the sensitive washing program of the dishwasher. Otherwise, life of coating will decrease and scratches will occur on the products.
  7. Do not use the products on the high heat. Pay attention to use them on the low or medium heat all the time.
  8. When your food or water inside special capsule-based pots, and teapots comes to boiling point at the normal heat, reduce the heat in order to keep the heat at the same level. High heat will cause only unnecessary energy loss and extra steam over the boiling point.
  9. Body of product will be hot enough to burn your hand during cooking. Hold the product from handle against burning or use the pot holder.
  10. Do not carry base parts of the product on the burner by dragging, do not put on the surface roughly. This may causes scratches and deformations.
  11. Stainless steel kitchen utensils maintain their temperature for a while after completion of cooking time. Therefore, turn off the burner a few minutes before completion of cooking time.
  12. Do not place the product into the refrigerator before making sure that product has cooled down completely after cooking.

The cleaning process is the process of purging the surface from impurities. Stainless steel items can maintain their appearance for a long time with regular cleaning and maintenance.

Use of Dishwasher

  1. Flush remaining residues with water before placing your products into the dishwasher. Clean through hot soapy water and a soft cloth for hardened leftovers. Therefore, you prevent leftovers to dry on the products and acids and salts reproducing as a result of this to damage the product and color changes on the steel from place to place. Do not wash the products made of different allots (for example, silverware and steel utensils) at the same time.
  2. Select the sensitive washing program in the dishwasher. Do not wash at high temperatures over 50°C. In case of exposure to high temperatures, color change and darkening may be observed.
  3. Have authorized service connect your machine and have grounding line made. Otherwise, electrical leakages may make arch and cause deformation on your products.
  4. Adjust the salt of your dishwasher according to lime quantity of water in your area.
  5. Do not forget to put the rinse aid into your dishwasher.


  1. Never leave steel products without liquid emptily on the heater. Dehydrated products may cause color changes and also, dangerous results for people and environment. In such case, turn off the heater and leave the product for cooling down slowly and wait until heat of product decreases up to ambient temperature.
  2. Never put cold water into overheated product or never leave it into a pot filled with cold water while product is hot. Tension, which shall occur for ensuring cooling quickly, may cause the product to get damaged and especially base and nipple of product to drop.
  3. Do not forget that stainless steel kitchen utensils, which are left without water and emptily on the burner, will have a shorter life.
  4. Pay attention in all cooking appliances that size of burner complies with your cooking appliance. Do not use the product on the larger burners than lower base of product. Make sure that flame does not exceed base of pot or teapot and therefore, does not damage the handles. Otherwise, high heat may damage base and handles.
  5. Do not expose glass parts of your products to sudden temperature changes. Pouring water suddenly onto overheated glass part may cause breakage.
  6. Never put products including glass, Bakelite, silicone and plastic parts into the oven and microwave oven.
  7. Wash Pressure Cooker lid and silicone gasket by hand and dry without putting them into the dishwasher.
  8. Do not heat your storage box while its plastic lid is on it, over burning burner.
  9. Do not store your products in humid and damp ambient.
  10. Do not use the products for unintended purpose.

Difficult Stains

  1. In order to avoid occurrence of stains, which may be caused by lime and minerals in the water, on the products, dry them with a soft cloth after each wash absolutely. After washing, drying the steel products is important for long-term and healthy usage.
  2. You can use a high quality stainless stain remover for stubborn stains which you are forced to remove. Due to the fact that stainless stain removers contain strong chemical substances which should be cleaned thoroughly, read the user guide of the product carefully and apply the statements.
  3. Excessive brown, blue yellowish or greenish fading is caused by high heating of stainless steel. Fading occurs when you use the pot at high temperature. Such fading disappears in the course of time when pot is used normally. If it does not disappear, you can clean inside of your pot easily by rubbing with lemon juice or water with vinegar.
  4. Mostly, salt and calcium carbonate precipitates (lime accumulation) causes round white and transparent stains. Calcium stains may occur on the pots which are left on high heat in the areas where water is hard or lime is high. These may be removed with a few drops of vinegar or lemon juice.

In order to protect your pots and to prevent lime stains, we recommend you to add some salt after water starts to boil.
